When sharing a plan, include every device in your data budget. Unlimited devices means there’s no limit on simultaneous connections; it doesn’t turn a plan with a set allowance into unlimited data.

If your usage is consistent, choose based on the monthly allowance. If you often have long periods of inactivity, compare the non-expiring data packs. Don’t use a single download to estimate long-term needs or treat a data allowance as a guarantee of bandwidth or access quality. Routes, local network conditions, and the destination service can all affect your experience.

After choosing a plan, open the user panel and check the plan name, data allowance, billing type, and order total. Monthly subscriptions and data packs work differently, so confirm you’ve selected the right type before paying. To upgrade mid-cycle, review the price difference and remaining-day details shown in the panel before submitting the change.

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a payment method offered at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. For USDT payments, carefully verify the details shown on the current checkout page. Don’t rely on saved screenshots or past transactions; use the information for your current order.

After payment, return to the panel to check the order status and confirm that your plan and data details have updated. If the payment result isn’t displayed yet, keep your order details and payment receipt, and don’t submit the payment again just because the status hasn’t changed. For help, describe the order and payment in a support ticket. Never share your account password or subscription details on a public page.

VPNBen offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. Before choosing a plan, review the full refund terms in the Terms of Service. This summary is for comparison and does not replace the eligibility details in the terms. A refund does not extend your plan or add data.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket. Clearly state that you’re requesting a refund and specify the order. If your account has multiple orders, identify the payment you want reviewed. Follow up in the same ticket and keep any relevant order details and payment receipts.

If your refund request relates to a connection issue, you can include the client platform, selected route, and what went wrong; there’s no need to write a technical troubleshooting report. Refund requests and technical support are separate matters. Check your ticket for updates; this page does not promise a processing or arrival time beyond the stated terms.
